Q: Are all the activities mandatory?"

A: This is your trip, you make of it what you want! Feel free to participate in as many or few workouts and runs as you'd like.

Q: I have very specific dietary restrictions and allergies, will I be able to eat the group meals?"

A: Please let us know of any dietary restrictions during registration. We can accommodate for all allergies and restrictions with sufficient prior notice.

Q: What kind of lodging will we be staying in? Do I have to share a room?"

A: We will be staying in a beautiful mountain home in the Adirondacks. Various room options are available - private rooms, shared room, and couples/bed share pricing.

Q: Do I need prior experience for the activities?"

A: The routes selected for this trip will be designed for beginner / intermediate experience levels. The trails will be distances of 3-5 miles with moderate elevation change.

Is This for Me?

For this trip we recommend a moderate fitness level or higher for participants. All of the individual workouts and activities will be friendly for all experience levels.

This is a great opportunity to do something different and enjoy your favorite workouts in a new way!

Prior boot camp workout, yoga, or rafting experience is not required. All you need is your sense of adventure!

Who Is This Trip Perfect For?

For this trip we recommend an above average fitness level or higher for participants. Participants should be experienced runners. Prior trail running experience is recommended but not required. Yoga experience is not required, all experience levels are welcome.

Policies

CREDIT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail, and you will receive trip details and preparation suggestions. We aim to provide you with an exceptional experience on all of our adventures. All trips are led by trained guides. Your enjoyment and safety are our primary concerns. We do reserve the right to make changes in the trip schedule as a result of weather or safety considerations or as otherwise deemed necessary or advisable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. A refund can be given for a cancellation with at least two weeks' notice of the trip date. A $100 cancellation fee may apply.
  2. Refunds of 50% will be issued for cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the trip date.
  4. You may substitute a guest member up to 48 hours prior to the trip date for no additional charge.
  5. If a trip is rescheduled due to unsatisfactory conditions, a full refund will be provided no questions asked. You may also use the refund towards a future booking.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Light rain or merely a forecast of adverse weather will not affect the schedule. If a trip is rescheduled due to dangerous weather conditions or other circumstances we will notify you a minimum of twelve (12) hours before the trip.
